Person Specification
For recruitment purposes, a person specification is often attached to a job description. This helps ensure that the person who will be doing the job has the right qualifications and attributes.
A person specification is a statement of the skills, abilities, qualifications, and experience that a person needs to perform a job.

- KiwiHost Certificate preferred
Experience
- at least two years in retailing is essential
- experience of hardware products is essential
- some management experience is preferred
