Hi Dave, it’s Tu. I’m sending you some information about mediation before your meeting with the Department of Labour’s employment relations person next week.
She may just want to give you information about yours and Sean’s rights and obligations or about the services available for resolving employment relationship problems. Maybe she will discuss different ways to resolve your problems or offer her mediation services.
Anyway, her emphasis will be on resolving the problems promptly and effectively because we don’t want the problems to drag on.
