Exciting news! Your WelTec Moodle experience just got a whole lot better with the upgrade to Moodle 4.1. Here's what you can expect…
Sleek New Design:
Te Pukenga branding: Your familiar WelTec look and feel is now seamlessly integrated.
Device-friendly: Access your courses flawlessly on any device, from desktops to smartphones and tablets.
Refined interface: Enjoy a cleaner, more intuitive layout that's easy on the eyes and even faster to navigate.
Course Navigation Made Easy:
Everything at your fingertips: Course settings, participants, and other options are now conveniently located at the top of your course pages.
Say goodbye to the button! Editing your courses is a breeze with the new slick [Edit mode] slider.

Whitireia and WelTec Moodle Upgrade

We are excited to announce that we will be upgrading our Moodle Learning Management System to version 4.1 on 5 December, 2023, for WelTec and Thursday, 7 December 2023, for Whitireia.
This upgrade will bring a number of new features and improvements to Moodle, including:
- A new look and feel that is more responsive and intuitive on any device
- A redesigned course page and dashboard
- Simplified navigation
- New image and video user tours
- Quiz and assignment activity improvements.
We are confident that these improvements will make Moodle an even more powerful tool for teaching and learning at Whitireia and WelTec.
Please note that Moodle will be unavailable during the upgrade.

Whitireia Moodle: Thursday 30 November 2023, 9:00 AM – 4.30 PM- WelTec Moodle: Tuesday 5 December 2023, 9:00 AM – 4.30 PM
- Whitireia Moodle: Thursday 7 December 2023, 9:00 AM – 4.30 PM
