Using the Site Quality Plan [SQP] template in this course, produce a comprehensive Site Quality Plan for a specific site of your choosing and as agreed with your tutor, or based on data supplied by your tutor. Follow through the full process making assumptions as may be required to cover all aspects of the SQP

You are to include in this documentation six examples of new uniquely developed Site Control Sheets to cover individual site activities – the areas of these to be discussed and agreed with your tutor.

Part of your documentation will also include 3 practical examples of assumed different non-conformance issues that may arise and give a different approach to resolving each issue to demonstrate that you understand the process of handling non conformance issues.

This assessment qualifies for 60% of your marks.
