I agree Cheryl, it's an illuminating model for linking together the activities for 21st C learning and work. I like the ways the colours differentiate awareness/info, co-creating / communicating, and meeting with others. The self-evaluation spreadsheet is a neat application which might be used in all sorts of contexts. Gerry
