You are taking up the role of Dave. In your teams you need to discuss the issues that Sharon is raising in her email and prepare a reply email together. Your reply email should at least include the following:

Explain how Sharon should go about introducing changes in the way her team operates.

Sharon seems to be overwhelmed with the workload. Dave has the impression that she is not delegating the way she should be. Dave’s reply email should:
