Task

Goals and objectives are how the vision will be achieved. Tasks are how the goals and objectives will be achieved. The details of tasks are:

  • who will do it?
  • when will it be done?
  • how will it be done?
  • what resources will it be done with?

Teams

A team is a group of people linked by a shared intention or purpose. There are several types of team. They include:

  • interdisciplinary teams
  • quality teams
  • task groups
  • project teams or work groups.
