Thank you for organizing a time for me to come and observe your sessions for an hour.
I've seen some good attempts by tutors to get away from only talking to power point slides (boring) and making a class session more interactive and learner-centred instead. For example, getting learners to work in pairs is a great strategy and so simple! Pairs are more likely to ask questions than individuals and can help each other in ways that tutors can't. We know that learners often learn better from each other than from the tutor.
There are a few of you who have not yet contacted me with an observation time. I am now available most days - send me an email and we can get this organised.
