Teacher Induction module for new tutors 2017
- Hi there - I am Anne Webster, and can help you with your initial teacher induction process. I'm one of the members of the Teaching Excellence and Flexible Learning team.

  When you've completed your teaching induction for new tutors, you'll receive a letter of acknowledgement. We will keep a record of your completion and you should too for your records.

Adult learning concepts for more effective teaching

  An introduction to class activities to use in your lesson plans. Remember adult learners need to know:
  WHAT they're learning
  WHY they're learning it
  WHERE it's leading them
  If you remember this, your learners will be more likely to engage with the activity.
